We started AMAH because aesthetic practices were stitching together four tools to do what should be one. Scheduling here, charting there, billing in a third place, photos in a Drive folder. The seams cost time, money, and patient experience.

AMAH unifies scheduling, clinical documentation, inventory, billing, and the patient portal in a single product — with HIPAA, audit logs, and 9-role RBAC built in from day one. Practices stop reconciling tools and start running their day.

Why we exist

Existing EHRs were built for hospitals and retrofitted for aesthetics — or they were built for aesthetics but skipped the compliance part. AMAH was designed for medical aesthetics from the first commit, by people who've sat with practice owners, providers, and front desks to understand what their day actually looks like.
